Here's What Happens Next
We will contact you within 24 hours and set up a meeting to discuss the details of your company’s uniform program. We assist in selection of uniform materials, colors, brand identity, and digital artwork. We will also discuss the budget and pricing details. These are all part of a customized partnership program process. We will discuss our online option, offline option and the hybrid option.
Online option- Employees will use our website and online tools to place the uniform order on our website and the uniforms will be delivered to their home. Measurements and sizes will be chosen by the employees. (Employees will be provided with online, phone and chat support for all their questions)
Offline option- .Gubbacci team will meet the employees at the company’s location, assist in selecting the appropriate sizes and placing the order. Employees will pick up the uniforms from the school
Hybrid option- We can customize any of the steps to be online or offline. In special circumstances, both options can be made available.
What happens once the partnership contract is signed with Gubbacci?
Once the uniform program details are finalized, we will review them with you to ensure they meet all your expectations. We will start manufacturing custom uniforms and adjusting inventory levels to ensure that every employee has a uniform for the new year
Every Employee in their Uniform
In the first year of our partnership, within 3 weeks of the signed contract your company’s custom uniform website by Gubbacci will be launched with full functionality.
Custom uniform products including logo wear will be ready to ship 6-8 weeks from the placement of the order. Uniforms will be available in-stock/ready to ship throughout the year if your company opted in for the inventory model. (Gubbacci will maintain inventory of your company uniforms and accessories in our warehouse throughout the year).

Timely and Consistent Care Throughout the Year
Each company will be assigned an account manager. Our account managers will update the company administration via email and meet in person periodically to ensure that the company’s expectations are being met.
Every December/January of each year, Team Gubbacci will meet with the company administration team to review the account and provide the details on all the products sold that year. During this meeting, there will be an opportunity to review and make changes to the uniform program.
