1. How do I find my school to shop online on gubbacci uniform website?
     Enter the school code in the main search bar on the homepage of the website. You will be redirected to your school's webshop(The page will have your school name, logo and message from your school). 2. What is my school code and where do I find it?
     The school code is the code assigned to your school's webstore that allows quick access to your school's uniform shop. Please check your email as usually the school code will be sent to you by an email from your school administrator. Don't worry if you can't remember your school code. You can always reach out to your school administrator or contact gubbacci customer Care center. Helpful Tip: Add your school code to your account for even faster access. 3. How to complete the registration and set up the account?
      Click on the Login tab on the top left corner of your screen.Please provide the requested information including your Name,Shipping Address and Payment information. Creating an account is very important if your school offers uniform measurement days. During these days you and your child can visit the school and meet the gubbacci uniform experts. Our experts will assist in deciding the sizes and the children could try on the uniforms so that you are assured of the correct size.(This program may not be available at all schools).

4. How to place a uniform order on gubbacci uniform website?
  • Create your account on gubbacci uniform website
  • Enter the school code
  • Enter the gender and the class/standard they are being promoted to
  • Uniforms and products specific to the class/standard and gender chosen will be curated for you
  • Choose the uniform products, correct size, quantity and complete the checkout process
  • You will receive a confirmation email with in minutes after placing the order

5. Can I edit my order after it has been placed?
      After you place your order, it will be sent to gubbacci fulfillment center with in 10-15 mins. We would suggest calling our gubbacci customer Care within 24 hours of placing the order so that they can edit the order from the backend. We understand that mistakes happen and we are here to help.

6. How soon does my order status get updated?
      A confirmation number and an order number will appear in your account shortly (in 5-10 mins) after placing your order. We will email you confirming your order and tracking number will be made available after the item has been shipped.

7. How to place an order for multiple children?
     We would suggest placing the order separately for each child. This will ensure minimal delays.

8. How to find the correct house color T-shirt for my child?
     Please contact your school administrator as gubbacci will not be able to provide this information.

9. Where to find the school admission number for my child? Or My child hasn't been assigned to an Admission number for the new school
    School Admission number is optional and you will be able to place the order without entering this number. Please contact your school administrator as gubbacci will not be able to provide this information.

10. How do I find out all the approved uniform products and accessories for my child's class?
     All the Uniform products and accessories approved by your school will be curated for you once you correctly enter your school code, gender of the child and the class/standard the child is being promoted to.

11. I have completed the payment and have not received the order confirmation
     It takes about 1-2 minutes to receive your confirmation email. If you have not received it in 5 minutes of placing your order, please contact our customer Care center.
